Shipping policy

We ship all of our orders through Australia Post. Due to the current COVID-19 situations, please be aware of any postal delays and know that delivery times may take longer and we are not held responsible for these delays. We also do not take responsibility for your order once we have handed it over to Australia Post. Once we have sent your order, we will provide you with a tracking number which you can enter into the Australia Post website to track the progress of your order. 

Domestic Shipping

We normally take 1-3 business days to ship out your order (unless stated otherwise). 

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders over $100 or $11 standard shipping for orders under $100 and $15 express shipping for any domestic orders.

International Shipping

We normally take 1-3 business days to ship out your order (unless stated otherwise). Allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as shipment has to pass through your country's customs. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may take longer than expected so please be aware of this.

International shipping fees are calculated at the checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your chosen items, as well as the delivery destination.

Pre-Orders

If one of your items is a pre-order, then the whole order will not be shipped until that pre-order is available to be shipped. This means if you have ordered in-stock and pre-order products on the same order, the whole order will be shipped out as one, when the pre-order product becomes available. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
